The hotel location is very convenient, just a short walk away from the Jordan metro station. This makes it easy to get around and explore the local markets and attractions, such as Landau island. the rooms are well-maintained and have all the necessary facilities.
One aspect of the service was lacking. The staff were not always helpful or friendly, and at times they seemed unwilling to assist.

The noise level at the hotel was quite high, difficult to get a good night's sleep. The room size was a bit cramped, especially for those traveling with a lot of luggage.

The highlight was definitely the 4 floors dedicated to amazing food and drink options, offering something for every palate. Overall I'd highly recommend this hotel.

The hotel has excellent facilities, especially the swimming pool and the gym. The location is convenient as there are plenty of cafes and restaurants nearby. The hotel is also close to the metro station, making it easy to explore the city. Finally, the hotel staff were very accommodating and helpful.

I recently stayed at this hotel and I was travelling alone. The spacious triple room with an extra bed was perfect for my needs. The location was excellent, within walking distance to Temple Street and with a local cafe just opposite the hotel. The Jordan MTR station was only a 5-7 minute walk away, making it convenient for exploring the city. Plus, there were plenty of food options just across the street, including local delicacies like curry fish balls and desserts that should not be missed.
Felt very lucky with my stay, no complaints whatsoever.

I had a fantastic stay at this hotel! The central location was incredibly convenient, with so many delicious eateries around here. The service was top-notch - from car hire to laundry, the staff were lovely and so helpful. The room amenities were great, with an in-room safe, mini-bar, and even a dining table. The dining options were fantastic, with a delicious buffet breakfast and restaurant, bar, and snack bar options. The rooftop pool was the perfect place to relax and soak up the sun on one of the sun loungers.
I would recommend this hotel to my family without hesitation - the staff member who tried to help solve a problem we had with another staff member was really great.
